Knowledge
Knowledge has many definitions; we classify ourselves as technology-literate knowledge workers. Our areas of knowledge include:
Networking
Working from strong understanding and knowledge of core networking concepts, we daily support a mind boggling mix of network types ranging from home networking to data centers running 10 Gigabit BGP/OSPF core networks. Understanding of common TCP/UDP issues and Internet backbone connectivity characteristics is often essential for debugging arcane issues with telephone and web applications. We are most interested on OSI layers 2 through 6: ensuring that all the "behind the scenes" networking works, while leaving helpdesk and onsite support to others.
Systems management
We believe that there is much more to managing servers then knowing where to click and what commands to type to solve some error message. Understanding of computing fundamentals, ability to effectively troubleshoot, and preventative maintenance are all essential to a server ecosystem that you can trust.
Open Source Software
We provide years of expertise with open source software (OSS). We can help explore the organizational benefits of open source software to the maximum, regardless of whether the particular purpose is for relational databases, programming, server management, or networking. The value of OSS implementations is much more then lower costs. Since the code is open and you have the right to view and modify it, anybody can support it - not just the original vendor. Thus, our focus is to provide an open process, documentation, communication, and project management. Remember the three Rs: reliability, responsiveness, readiness for enterprise use.

Voice
Since 5-10 years ago, data and voice networks have been merging. To streamline installation and management, we can design and build a merged platform. This simplifies cable management and switch requirements while providing a much higher level of flexibility even for very small businesses with enterprise level functionality requirements.
Relational DataBase Management Systems
The RDBMS market is worth over $16 billion annually, excluding open source adoption. Our broad skillset allows us to complete the application-database-network triangle: knowledge of all three is critical in order to support any one component. We can help with database administration, scalability, disaster recovery, optimization, and replication across a variety of database vendors.
Communication, Project Management, and Documentation
Our policy is to have an open communication system. Thus, we can provide customers with a login into our internal Wiki documentation systems as well as Autotask, our IT Management Software Solution, which handles all our projects, support ticketing, CRM, and billing. This allows you to both review and contribute to service desk tickets and project tasks.
